SEO industry educator, John Alexander has taught thousands of individuals and Webmasters from over 87 different countries through corporate SEO seminars. In late 2001 when John approached pioneering online educator Robin Nobles with the idea of teaching an onsite search engine workshop, she was intrigued with the idea. She'd always wanted to get more into onsite training, and this was the perfect opportunity. What John and Robin wanted to do is create a workshop . . . a real hands-on experience where people can learn by participating and doing. They wanted limited enrollment so they could give a lot of individualized attention to each of their participants.

In early 2002, John and Robin created the very first "search engine workshop" a real hands-on experience where people could learn by participating in very small but focused mastery learning groups. Emphasis was on a combination of training, drilling exercises and something else that was quite new. They created the free 6 month mentoring program to mentor students after the class, for ongoing support.

John Alexander authored a now world famous e-book called Wordtracker Magic which has been one of the most popular best selling e-books on the topic of how to use Wordtracker to conduct behavioral research. John and Robin authored other e-books together and in January 2007, they officially celebrated 5 years in business conducting the hands-on SEO Mastery Workshops at various location around the country.

In 2006, John Alexander co-founded Search Engine Academy with Robin Nobles and together they are taking search engine marketing to a local level into the communities right across North America with the help of the Search Engine Academy network of associate educators. Search Engine Academy continues to grow and soon you'll be able to attend a comprehensive SEO workshop in a community near you.
